I played nine holes of golf (Walked) that is about two miles, and the way I play, plenty of hill climbing. That is 1100 calories burned.
Weights were:
Stability Ball Back Extensions: Set 1 13 reps / Set 2 13 reps
Dumbbell one Arm Rows-Elbow Close: Set 1 15 @35 lbs
Plie Squat-Dumbbell: Set 1 15@35lbs
Hamstring Curls-Seated: Set 1 15@40lbs
Dumbbell Biceps Curl-Standing: Set 1 15@25lbs
Lying Bent Leg Raises: Set 1 27 reps / Set 2 27 reps
Bent Leg crunches: set 1 65 reps / Set 2 65 reps
Plie squats kill the inner thighs, hurt sooo good!

Nice job Mikee, I wish the weather was good enough for golf. I went downhill skiing last week....but I don't think its aerobic. Keep posting the your workouts...they inspire me.
