I have to say to all of you Valerie, Earl, and Mikee....AWESOME workouts!!
I am doing good. Tonight I am starting crunches on the balance ball. I am so excited.
Last nights work out.
30 Mins interval course on stationary bike.
chest press 3 sets of 15 @ 35lbs
Row 3 sets of 15 @ 60 lbs
curl ups 3 sets of 15 @ 30 lbs
and two other arm ones but I can not remember the name of the excersises for the life of me.
