Body for Life?
I just started the body for life program this week. I have been excersising weekly with weight and cardio for at least 7 months. Just one body for life upper body workout had me sore for 3 days. I was really shocked!!! I think I will see some really good results with this program. I have notices a little definition in my arms already. What are you guys thoughts about the program. ALso Earl, do you have any more updated pictures?

It is a great, no frills, easy to follow program if you are just starting to get into weight lifting consistently. Bill Phillips book is very inspiring as well. He has great info on getting you into the right mind set, setting measureable goals, etc. I do know some people that still do the program multiple times and are even more seasoned lifters. I send everyone to the website too because they have the best animations and video to show you good form on the classic resistance training moves.
