Last night my legs killed. Well the back of them since I just started lifting in that area. Can I just say I got no sleep last night because they hurt so bad. I actually got up at three this morning and took something so I would be able to sleep. I am not complaining. Just whining. I just can't wait till they adjust to thr routine. That being said. Today's work out 30 mins cardio. Rcumbent bike or stationary. Interval course again... Upper arms, legs, butt, and abs for lifting tonight. Usually about 2 hours. Hope you all have a great day and good work outs!! Thanks for all of your support!! Michelle

OWCH!!! Are you giving yourself a rest day between workouts? Remember you need a recovery time too. I am planning on a great day, we have our support group meeting tonight which is always a lot of fun. I feel great today. I love the day after a workout, I always have tons of energy! You do the same! This board is awesome for support, just keep on comin' back! Val

Ok I made it through my work out...yeah! Yes I do cardio 4-5 times a week and do my weight training 3 days a week. That way my muscles have time to chill out. I had just started working my legs on Monday so I know that is why they hurt. Made it through though and feeling good. Night Michelle
