Cardio workout

Hey everybody today's work out for me consisted of stationary bike. Interval course 30 mins. 6.25 miles tonight. walk ten minutes tredmill 3.0 mph. no incline ( I was too lazy) Hope all is well Michelle

Great Job Michelle! Lazy? LAZY? No no no Lazy would be sitting on the couch thinking about exercising while eating chips, drinking pop and watching TV! Give yourself more credit that is GREAT!!! Hugs, Val
