Hello! I am so excited! As of this morning I am down 50 LBS. WOOO HOOO! I had a great two hour work out today Recombent bike I did a course that goes from 0 resistance to 8 then back down again them up again. I forgot the word they call it. Anyways I bike 6.3 miles in 31 minutes. My quads got a work out. I started on abs, back, and legs today now I am weight training my whole body!! I have exactly 100 more pounds to my goal! I am one third of the way there!! Keep up the great work everybody! Michelle
