Oh man, I was JUST talking to Earl about the same thing on my way home from working out last night!!! I was all hyped up because I felt so good! I said, you know just getting to the gym gives me a sense of self worth and pride. I am glad we got you there, believe me there are days when it's the other way around, I start thinking, I'm tired, I'm this or that, then I think, NO! Gotta GO!!! Then I feel SOOOOO good afterward. Mentally AND physically! I am glad you guys post, we are all here for each other no matter what we are doing. AND YOU GO MAN!!! Dude that's awesome on the nordick track! Cardio still eludes me more than it should, but I am working on it! It's my weak area now. I think I might have to make it a completely different day. After I get done pushing metal, I am so exhausted sometimes the thought of doing cardio makes me want to sleep right there in the gym!! I think it's great that we post stuff here...no braggin' no shame, just support and encouragement. I hope we can motivate more people to get out there and move those bodies that we aren't trapped in any more! Talk about FREEDOM!!! WOOOO HOOOOO Keep it up! Val
