My knee has been bothering me lately everysince I participated in the spinning class. This really sucks, I hope it heals itself real soon!!!! J

ooohh me too! That just bites. Try icing it down in the evenings when you are off it. That will help with any inflammation. Don't get discouraged, don't give up, take a few days to mend then try again, slow and easy. Hope you feel better soon!

Ya be careful with that. I think that might be how I ended up with an IT band injury. You may want to take it easy and not get out of the seat for a while or at least not for long periods of time. The explosive up and down is not good for it. You might also want to try wraping it for some additional support when you do ride. Also make sure to warm up really well before. Hope you feel better soon.
