Ya be careful with that. I think that might be how I ended up with an IT band injury. You may want to take it easy and not get out of the seat for a while or at least not for long periods of time. The explosive up and down is not good for it. You might also want to try wraping it for some additional support when you do ride. Also make sure to warm up really well before. Hope you feel better soon.
