I want to work my legs again. It has been quite a while because my workout partner has one leg. The dude has an incredible upperbody and core strength. I want some ideas on what I can do at home. I have 25,15 and 10lb dumb bells, and an eliptical. Any help would be wonderful. My time at the gym is limited and I want to spend it on upper body. Thanks!!!!

Hiya Tammy - Check these out: http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html http://www.stumptuous.com/noweights.html Legs section with animations: http://www.bodyforlife.com/exercise/animations.asp Enjoy!! I'm headed to the gym as well in about an hour. I need a really good workout and a way to relax today. I'm going to hit the bag and do a little boxing. Still no word again from my HR department on if they will help me try to get an approval or at least BC/BS to even consider me. Saw Constantine with yummy Keanu Reeves last night. We enjoyed that! I want to see Million Dollar Baby later today although I heard that is sad so not sure. I need something that will pep me up!

You can do lunges, calf raises, step ups, and plie squats with dumbbells very nicely, if you have a swiss ball you can also do hammie curls.
