My new primary care physician has talked me into a cortisone shot. I am waiting for my referral to the foot doctor. He said this shot could help me for months maybe years and I needed to weigh a few moments of being uncomfortable while getting the shot v who knows how much longer with this pain. He then further tempted me with the fact I could walk on the treadmill. Plus the fact he is really cute and I cannot resist a cute man in a coat/uniform. woohoo! Kelly

Hahaha.. you sound like me. I'm a sucker for good looking Dr's. I work around them all the time too!! It's good I am married or I would be dangerous. Hope the shot works out ok. At least the pain from the shot itself will be short lived.

I kinda figured they would push for that. Usually they want to try non surgical things before they have to go to surgery. I know what you mean girlfriend...I work at OSU...we have a BUNCH of good looking guys in white coats, and scrubs...yeah...scrubs are hot! Form fitting, show a little chest...whew..is it getting hot in here or is it me? Ok, where's Earl? ssssshhh he isn't supposed to hear that...

You should see the good looking surgeon here that did my breast reduction a few years ago. My WLS surgeon is just as cute too. I support the OR software so I am over there all the time with the men in blue. Which reminds me I need to steal some more scrubs. Our scrubs are so comfy. Much better than trying to get into a bunny suit when you are in a dress or a skirt.
