61 pounds GONE!!

I saw my new primary care physicial today. I was afraid to get on the scale but I gave in. To my surprise I have lost 61 pounds since my 11/30/04 surgery date. I was so excited I started to cry. I felt like a big baby but I could not stop the tears. Four more pounds and I will be OUT of the 300's. OMG I am so excited. I am going to go to the gym tonight and sweat out those 4 pounds.

WOW!!!!!! That is amazing!! 61 pounds gone forever. I would probably cry as well. Have a great workout!

I am so happy for you. We know what joy that is to feel that way!!! It only gets better my friend! Wait til you get on those scales two more months from now! WOO HOOOO!!!
