Cardio last? It worked!
Okay. For my Saturday morning workout I warmed up for 10 minutes on the bike. I worked out with the weight machines and then walked 25 minutes on the treadmill (that included a 5 minute cool down) AFTER weight training. I have to say that I had MORE energy on the treadmill and felt like I could have kept walking and for the FIRST time I sweated like a pig ( I hate that term but didn't know what else to use). My hands were even sweating and I was in my target heart range VERY fast. I could not believe it! I would have kept going but my legs felt like jell-o.
I will be working out in that order from now on. I felt AWESOME after and felt like I had really worked out. Thanks for all your tips!

Nice Job Kelly!! It looks like your ticker was willing to work harder but the legs gone. Its always something. Sometimes for me the legs are fine but the ticker says no way. The best is when they fatigue at the same time. Sweating is a very good indicator that you are in the fat burning zone. If you are working out hard and NOT sweating...that could be a problem. I know what you mean about "sweating like a pig". I step of the treadmill on some days and I want to get out of the gym ASAP because it looks like I just showered with my clothes on. Keep it up
Most Excellent! Yep sweating is a good thing and I love it! It is much harder for me to work up a good sweat anymore, which is ok, that makes me work harder. Be sure to keep you water with you and drink drink drink, you don't want to dehydrate...
Funny thing is we say sweat like a pig (I use it too) but pigs don't sweat, that's why they waller in the mud...wonder where that originated, anyways, horses sweat, and sweat a lot. Maybe we should say that instead!
It is great. I love it. You will find how fast you become addicted to working out. KEEP IT UP!! GREAT JOB!!! Just think all that sweat dripping off is pounds leaving your body baby!
