I did it and I didn't cry!!! Hurt like a m*$&^#$$*#^ But I did it!! Earl helped me today and I think I had a MOST AWESOME WORKOUT!!! I had new PR's in the squats today! Here goes: 95# x 3 115# x 3 125# x 1 135# x 1 NEW PR 145# x 1 NEW PR 155# x 1 NEW PR HELL YEA BABY!! My legs felt really strong. This is officially over my body weight...It was all I could do to keep from jumping up and down like a maniac, and I am talking these were squats from parallel too! Now this is where Earl busted my ass Leg extensions 85# for breakdowns. I don't know what he did but he kept putting on and taking off and I just had to keep doing them till he said stop. Leg Press 130# for breakdowns....he tried to make mama cry, but I didn't! Lat pull downs 60# rep out 70# rep out 80# rep out Seated rows 60# rep out 70# rep out 80# rep out Diesel shrugs supersetted with regulars 15# for 3 sets each rep out. Now I did that in 1 hour. Talk about intense. I am wonder how I will feel tomorrow. And yes, I walked out on my own power from the gym. Thanks Earl, you are the best trainer!

EEEowww! That is awesome! You is gonna hurt so good tomorrow! Just walking for me, carrying a 50# golf bag for two hours, 2 miles total, and swung a club 48 times..

Hey, now that's exercise, I know, because I have done it. Except I think I probably swung, oh, about 130 times... I am not the greatest golfer in the world. I go as comic relief. I am telling you, right now, I am some kind of wiped out. It hit me about 4:30 tonight, I had to lay down for about an hour and I feel tired right now like I have never known. It is all worth it! Because come August I am gonna blow the roof off baby!

Nice Job Val, We are so proud you. Keep it up. Make sure you save enough energy to pay your personal trainer. I hear that he will take sexual favors for his services rendered. You know trainers are not cheap these days. Its pay back time.
