What to take?
Another workout, or walking to get the blood flowing. It sounds smartass but it is the best thing, you will always have the soreness, it is how you know what is working, it really is a good sore. If you do not stop it will not get to that really bad point, that only happens with me if I do nothing for a few days after a hard workout.

Sorry you are sore...but right now about the only thing that you can take is some tylenol and a hot bath.
And, the guys are right, another workout. Make sure you are giving your muslces some recovery time too. Don't over work yourself so much that you can't work out for a long period of time. It's ok to have what I call a "feel good hurt" but if it becomes incredibly painful you may be overdoing it to start with!
Whatever you do...Keep working out! You will love the results!

I blew right past the 15 week part, good for you, how are you feeling? Stay away from Motrin, Ibruprophren, Advil (I know it sucks, I used to love that stuf 12-15 times a day) I stick with heroin, or hash now
Tylenol is good if the pain is too much, but like the others said, do not (rerally in the beginnin) work too hard, you need to ease into it. I worked out all my life until the the last 10 years and it has been hard to start slow, I want to do all the animal stuff I used to do. What happens now if I do that is I get so sore I cannotr work out for days, then I lose my focus, and stop. So take it slow and easy for now. Got any Loratab? You live close
