Sunday movin

Just cardio scheduled today, so I took my pedometer to the golf coarse this morning. 5,128 steps - 2.1 miles carrying my bag (30 pounds) I ended my light week, so now the build back up to very heavy begins tomorrow, can't wait.

Mikee, I don't know what Earl and Val are talking about. I was on the Ohio State Golf course on Friday and I went to the golf course again today. We use our golf courses year round in central Ohio....except during the winter we use them for cross-country skiing.....lol... Friday was my first time cross country skiing this season. I had so much fun, I went back today. Its great cardio. I hope to do it every day this week....The treadmill gets old and I love breathing that cold fresh air.....Hey Earl & Val....let me know if you want to go "winter golfing". I have several cross country ski boots and skis......and the best part.....its free. Mikee, in Ca., is your golf free in the winter....lol....in Ohio ours is..

Sounds cool, but hard to find the pin

OMG I don't know how you do it. I was ffffreeezing this weekend. I know all about cross country skiing. I lived in the UP of Michigan and that's literally one of the modes of transportation in the winter. I always wanted to do it but never got a chance to. My kids have down hilled skiied. I would LOVE to try it. My ex husbands family is Finnish and they live for this weather. The only good thing about it to me, is the sauna when you come in! Did your eyeballs freeze open? Oh, and how do you find your balls in the snow?
