I am digging my workout plan

I am doing a push/pull split and a light/med/heavy/very heavy weekly rotation. I think I have found something that I see results, and is mixed up enough not to get board, and it is an old thing that has been around forever, too funny. Anyway, it is cool to find what works and the things that work for different people, that is reason #9 why the W&BB board is so awesome. I am also becoming an ab freak, something I thought I would never like, at my very heavy week (Last week) I was at about 400 reps for abs (Ouch) but is was awesome, I loved it. I also have discovered one of the most painful and effective inner thigh tortures known to man, the plie squat holding a dumbbell, these kill me, but I love them.
