I just finished, I will try and walk now 2 miles, (If I can) my leggs feel like noodles. Kneeling Cross Body Extensions: Set 1: 4 reps | Set 2: 4 reps Dumbbell One Arm Row - elbow close: Set 1: 15 reps | Set 2: 15 reps Dumbbell Biceps Curl - standing: Set 1: 15 reps Set 2: 15 reps Cross Crunches: Set 1: 9 reps | Set 2: 9 reps | Set 3: 9 reps Leg Press (45 Degree): et 1: 15 reps Set 2: 15 reps Hamstring Curls - seated: Set 1: 15 reps Set 2: 15 reps Mike

GO MIKEE GO MIKEE GO MIKEE!!! You beat me to the post! I worked out tonight too, had a good one, only mine was chest, delts, tri's and abs...then cardio. I kicked ass on my abs really concentrated on the squeeze and I think I am gonna feel this one tomorrow!! Here we go... DB bench press 15# x 6 warm up 20# x 12 x 12 x 12 Dips 115 x 12 x 12 x 12 Flyes 10# x 12 x 12 x 12 Overhead DB presses 15# x 6, 20# x 6, 25# x 5 Side lateral raises (these are getting better) 7.5# x 12 x 12 x 12 Tricep press 36# x 12 (I think this was too heavy so I backed off and readjust the machine to fit my stature better) 27# x 12 x 12 Lying DB extensions 7.5# x 12 x 12 x 12 ABS on balance ball 3 sets to burn. Killer...worked these really good. I think I am feeling the effects of this one. Eliptical (Precor) 30 mintues 130 avg heart rate 141 max 26:02 minutes in the zone 3621 strides 234.1 calories burned This was a great workout night for me. I am really feeling myself getting stronger. Next workout is thursday. LEG DAY!!! My favorite!! Val

oH YEAH, i NEVER THOUGHT i WOULD LOVE WORKING MY ABS, BUT i DO, i REALLY DO!!! Great job Val!!! Are you loving the eliptical? I love working the obliques, feels so cool the next day when you turn or twist.

I do love that eliptical. I wish I had one at home, I would be cardio'ing all day....LOL I felt it last night for sure, I really have to work my abs hard to get any sore feel to them. Funny huh? I guess they are either a lot stronger than I think, or I am not working them hard enough, but I will tell you when I work them I go until I can't go no more. So, I guess I am doing it right.
