Dumbbell Biceps Curl - standing: Set 1: 15 reps Set 2: 15 reps

Leg Press (45 Degree): et 1: 15 reps Set 2: 15 reps
Hamstring Curls - seated: Set 1: 15 reps Set 2: 15 reps

GO MIKEE GO MIKEE GO MIKEE!!! You beat me to the post! I worked out tonight too, had a good one, only mine was chest, delts, tri's and abs...then cardio. I kicked ass on my abs really concentrated on the squeeze and I think I am gonna feel this one tomorrow!!

I do love that eliptical. I wish I had one at home, I would be cardio'ing all day....LOL
I felt it last night for sure, I really have to work my abs hard to get any sore feel to them. Funny huh? I guess they are either a lot stronger than I think, or I am not working them hard enough, but I will tell you when I work them I go until I can't go no more. So, I guess I am doing it right.
