Hi guys! Got my workout in. Now time to shower and SHOP!! YEA!! Victoria's Sectret Semi-annual sale...CHA CHING! Here goes! Incline presses on smith mach warm up with bar (this is a newbie for me) 65# x 12 x 12 x 12 Dips 110# x 12 x 12 x 12 Flyes (incline) 10# x 12 x 12 x 12 Overhead DB presses 15# x 6, 20# x 6, 25# x 4 Side lat raises 7.5# x 12 x 12 x 12 Tricep push downs 50# x 12 x 12 x 12 plus breakdown set Rope pulls to face 40# x 12 x 12 x 12 Lying DB extensions 7.5# x 12 x 12 x 12 Abs 3 sets of 10 on balance ball Eliptical for cardio at end of workout 20 minutes total (Includ 5 min cooldown) 125 Avg hr 143 Max hr 16:03 mins in the zone 2300 strides 149.4 cals burned WOO HOO Feeling good. The Curry's keep setting the pace for the rest of us!! Keep it up. Make sure you have a runway fashion show for Earl when you get back from Victoria Secret. That will motivate him for his next workout

Oh I have runway shows all the time, but he misses them because he's at the gym...

WOW, that is a good one, I love crunches on the balance ball. I still do them even with the Ab lounge. Ain't technology great, the best part is after the workout you continue to burn.

Yeah, they really get me good! I went to a balance ball class that I loved, but it interferes with my training days. I got enough from it to give me some basic stuff to put in the mix. That stuff is great for stabilizers. I am pretty unstable I take all the help I can get!
