excercises for arms, legs, butt and tummy...Please help!
I am looking for certain exercises that I can do to shape up my arms (you know that flabby thing that happens when you wave at someone!), butt, legs, and of course tummy.....I am having my surgery in a couple of months and would like to start these and get used to them and have a head start on them. Please let me know how and what I can do.... I have hand weights in 5lb dumb bells.. THanks for your help

Stephanie, I am not a big fan of "spot" reducing. I would just strart with some full body exercises ..... and after a few weeks or months ...add an extra bicept exercise. The best exercise for the bicept is slow concentration curls. When working bicept PROPER FORM IS EVERYTHING(no swinging). Good luck
