Hi guys! Crashed last night before I could post my workout! It was a kick ass one for sure! Came home, showered, watch Blue Collar Comedy Tour Rides again and that was all she wrote! "Get er done!" Squats w/u with the bar 115 x 4 125 x 3 135 x 3 145 x 2 150 x 1 NEW PR!! WOO HOO Leg presses super set with calve raises 100# x 3 sets of 20 each leg press/calf raise Leg extensions 30# x 12 x 12 x 12 Leg curls (seated) 30# x 12 x 12 x 12 Lat pulldowns 50# x 12 x 12 x 12 Back rows 62.5 # x 12 x 12 x 12 Good Morning machine 62.5# x 20 x 20 1 arm db rows 10# x 12 x 12 x 12 DB curls super sets with Hammer curls (this kicked my ass) 10# x 12 each arm then dropped to 8# each arm for 2 more sets of 12 Abs on the crunch machine 3 sets of 62.5 (to burn) 1 set of 75 to burn WHEW!! Wiggly jiggly when I left, but it was great! IT'S FRIDAY GUYS!! Have a great weekend ya'll! Val

Thanks Guys!!! It was a good one, and believe it or not, my legs and back feel great today. I swear I can almost feel myself getting stronger! Better watch out Earl... Tomorrow is BODPOD Day!!
