I beat Earl today!
HI GUYS!!! (AND GALS)
I beat Earl posting today! Neener neener neener!!
It was much quieter at my fitness center tonight. I must have missed the rush or everyone decided that one day was enough!
Earl and I devised a two day split workout session for me, and I think this will work with my life and schedule much better than what I had before...so here goes:

105# x 4

Tomorrow is rest day, then back at it Thurs, then Sat/Sun. Mondays are strictly cardio, and then cardio on Saturday too. If I can get another cardio day in during the week that will be good, but for now, I will be happy with two.
Saturday we are going to go get our body compositions done in this BodPod thing that John told us about so that oughta be interesting!
OK....that's it folks...tomorrow is hump day!
Val
New PR Awesome!
Here is mine for today:
Bent arm back extensions - 2 sets@6 reps
Kneeling Cross Body Extensions - 2 sets@4 reps
Seated Wide Grip Row - 2 sets@12 reps
Plie Squats W/Dumbbell - 2 sets@12 reps
Thats right, Plie squats, ALL INNER THIGH BABY! OOOOOUUUUUCCCCHHH!!
Hamstring Curls - 2 sets@ 20 reps
Reverse Grip Biceps Curl - 2 sets@ 20 reps
Ab Lounge Obliques - 20 reps each side
Ab Lounge straight (Lower Abs) - 2 sets@ 20 reps
Ab Lounge bent leg crunch - 20 reps I burned out, done, this thing kills the abs without mercy. But the back feels great!
Kristie did Cardio and 2 sets @ 20 reps on the Ab lounge bent leg
It is advertised all over out here, sometimes called the Ab Lounge Jack knife. It stretches you back to get more ab muscle involved. It makes evry crunch seem like ten, works the obliques better than anything I have ever done. Kristie cannot do crunches on the ground because of her back(Childbearing thing, and the shot in the spine) so this works because you are on a "Lounge" looking thing that supports your back.
I am a Loooong way from skinny, but thank you very much.
I am thinking you are most likely in need of a new pic yourself Chika.
I know how the back/butt thing is on crunches. It doesn't hurt my back, but I found out the hard way that I have no padding on my butt anymore! OUCH
I have to put a matt down at the fitness center because it just hurts. Funny, I never knew bones could be so painful... I can even feel my spine when I bench. Man I don't think I will get used to that sensation.
