worked out with Personal Trainer

I traveled out of town (Toledo) and went to Bally's Health Club. I "hired" personal trainer help me with "legs". He showed me plyometrics....way cool stuff, but not for the faint of heart....lol. Plyometrics combines strength AND speed to equal more power( lots of jumping). My butt was dragging after 30 minutes. Because it is such high impact can only do once or twice a week....at most EARL.... we talked about incorporating "power" in our "strength" weight program.
