I talked to Earl Curry for almost an hour the other day. He is an excellent source of weight lifting information. Earl and I have very different weight training programs, but they seem to be working well for each of us. I do upper body then then take two days off for muscle to repair. Same frequency with lower body. I do cardio on the non lifting days and the lower body days. I hope to start posting my workout so every one can see it.

Right on! Earl's the man. Glad to have you around, too. I peeked at your profile...good job on the running. I would love to try that one day....maybe in another 40 lbs or so. I'm also thinking about bike riding and inline skating....might be a better way for me to start moving rapidly through space....yeah, wheels are good. ~Annie 307/230/155

OH OK!! NOW I know who you are! Need to check profiles...hehehe Very nice to meet you John! We will all have to get together sometime for some tip trading and getting a good workout in!! Yep, Earl's da man! He has taught me a lot in the short time I have known him, and I am hoping he is learning from me too! Val
