Just got back from a kick ass upper body workout! So, I am coming down off the high as we speak. Only bad thing today is this stiff neck. I woke up with it and just can't get that kink out...ouch!

Nice workout Valerie. I know what you mean about coming down from the "lifting high". I feel so good right after the workout. Now go get your protien to fix those muscles and help them GROW!!!!
YES!! I feel so good after my workouts! Then I come down and sleep like a baby...
Got the protein in!! I am really wanting to pick up some mass and strength here for sure. I would love to compete again sometime in '05. (I can't believe I am saying 2005!! nooooooo not yet!)
