Hi gang! Just got back from a kick ass upper body workout! So, I am coming down off the high as we speak. Only bad thing today is this stiff neck. I woke up with it and just can't get that kink out...ouch! So, with no further ado here is how it went... ....and btw..... WHERE IS EVERYBODY? I THINK IT'S JUST ME AND EARL OUT HERE... HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? Are we receiving??? Ok, this is it! Warm up on the treadmill, get the ol ticker pumping 15 minutes .84mile 86.1 calories Max hr 131 Time in zone 10.44 Pedometer: all day total 12,268 steps 3.11 miles 412 calories 1 hr 39 minutes total movement time Bench press on smith machine warm up with bar 75# x 10 85# x 6 95# x 5 105# x 3 115# x 1 Dumbbell over head presses 15# x 10 20# x 6 25# x 6 x 4 Dumbbell curls 10# x 10 on each arm 12# x 10 x 10 each arm Dumbbell shrugs 25# x 15 30# x 15 x 15 Lateral pulldowns 50# warm up set 62.5# x 6 x 6 Tricep dips (or push downs on machine) this was my new adventure this workout 30# warm up/get movement down 40# x 10 x 10 x 10 Abs 3 sets to burn each set ebedebdebedbe tha tha that's all folks! Nice workout Valerie. I know what you mean about coming down from the "lifting high". I feel so good right after the workout. Now go get your protien to fix those muscles and help them GROW!!!!

YES!! I feel so good after my workouts! Then I come down and sleep like a baby... Got the protein in!! I am really wanting to pick up some mass and strength here for sure. I would love to compete again sometime in '05. (I can't believe I am saying 2005!! nooooooo not yet!) Nice to meet you John, btw! Val

Awesome job girl! I think Earl did more of a workout than me today. (I do have that pulled hamstring as an excuse though!!)
