I had a great leg workout tonight! Trying some new equipment out each time I go to get a good varied workout! Here we go! W/U on the treadmill for 10 minutes, get the ol knees loose and lubricated Hack squat machine (New adventure) w/u 112.5# x 10 132.5# x 10 152.5# x 10 x 10 x 10 AB/AD 3 sets for each way AB 50# x 12 60# x 12 x 12 AD 50# x 12 60# x 12 x 6 ~ really hard this last set...feel good pain! Seated Leg Curls 45# x 6 57.5# x 10 x 10 x 10 Kick backs on Cybex machine (another new adventure) 20# x 10 x 10 on each leg...that's a butt kicker but I like the butt blaster machine better Calf raises 2 sets to burn with both legs 1 set to burn each leg individually Abs on balance ball 3 sets x 10 Now that's some good ab work! SO....how's everyone else doing? This time of year is really hard to keep the workouts up. It's dark and dreary and the days are shorter. Now is when you really have to push.
