Well, I am back to training, I am very happy to say. It's been 4 1/2 months since my surgery and I know I should have started back sooner but just simply didn't feel like doing much more than walking. I joined the gym and have gone two days now, and much to my surprize, I am still very strong. In fact I am lifting heavier than I thought I would be. No girlie weights here!! LOL I have been lifting since I was nine, but my genes and diet wouldn't let me see my results. I felt really good while I was working out and even better after. I do have a question though, how much more weight can I expect to lose now that I am hitting the weights? I know I will gain muscle and lose body fat. But I was just wondering how you guys are doing since adding weights. Take care Tami -70#
