Back at it!
Hi gang!
After a break from my workouts, no thanks to an upper respiratory infection and a broken finger...I am happy to say I am back at it full throttle.
I know I got a good work out in because my arms feel like rubber! It was grea****ching the pump...I am winning in the vein department!!
It wasn't a ton of stuff, but it was intensive, I got great pumps going and worked up a half way decent sweat, minimal waiting time between sets was killer!
Here goes!
(Of course stretching before doing anything)
Flat DB bench press
15# x 15 for warm up
20# x 8 x 8
Incline Flyes
10# x 12 x 12 x 12
Overhead presses with the Smith Machine
( I don't think I like these, weird coordination thing going on)
Warm up with bar to get movement down
65# x 8 x 8 x 8
Lateral raises (I LOVE these 'cuz I get a good pump)
10# x 15 x 15
12# x 15
Dumbbell Hammer curls
10# x 15 x 15 x 15
Tricep push downs (using the rope)
50# x 12 x 12 x breakdown set
