Made my legs weak!

Hi guys! Great workout tonight. Good enough to make my legs all weak and wobbly! Now THAT'S a workout! Here goes: Treadmill 30 minutes 1.78 miles, 192.5 cals 139 max hr 21 minutes in the zone 118 avg hr Pedometer (for the whole day) 12,669 steps 3.21 miles 401 calories 1:36 total mobile time Leg press (tried new machine) 50# x 10 75# x 6 100# x 6 125# x 6 137.5 x 6 Seated leg curls 57.5 x 12 x 12 62.5 x 10 Leg extension 57.5 x 10 62.5 x 10 x 10 Abductor/Adductor 50# 3 sets of 12 each way Calf raises both legs to burn one leg 2 sets each to burn Crunches 1 set to burn bent legs 2 sets to burn crossed legs WHEW!!
