Balance ball class is addictive!
Hey guys!
I went to balance ball class again! I love that class. It is two days a week and is a great way to get some cross training in!
I got on the treadmill and actually worked up a sweat tonight. I did almost 1 1/2 miles in about 20 minutes. Was up to 4 mph and 2.5 on the incline. Then went to balance ball after that for an hour. That is great for working your stabilzers! It gets all you muscle groups.
Then I came home and promptly smashed the *$ out of my right ring finger (tip end) racking a dumbbell Earl uses for grip training. Busted half my nail off, and now it's just numb and swollen....wwwaaahhhhh Man that hurt like a m$*# F@*#$%. Glad I had a pain pill saved from something or other.
But...I ain't gonna let it stop me. I am going to try to get another work out in tomorrow, then break for the weekend.
