Tried something new!
Hi ya'll!
Went over to the fitness center. Ran into a wls buddy! He told me about a balancing ball class, so I did a short 45 minute workout starting with 15 minutes on the treadmill, then went to this class for an hour. WOW! It was GREAT!!!
The only thing was I worked my arms and got a double working at the class!
So here is how it went:
Dumbbell incline bp
15# x 10 warm up
20# x 10 x 10
Side lateral raises
10# x 12 warm up
12# x 12 x 12
Shrugs
20# x 10 warm up
25# x 10 x 10
Then I went to the class. Showered and came home.
Oh, btw...OT here...my youngest daughter was officially diagnosed with Epstein Barr Virus...aka MONO!! Yikes. She is off school through Thanksgiving Vacation. She has to take 2 multivitamins a day, and if she isn't feeling better by the time the turkey day gets here, she gets to start B12 shots. Plus, off more school. Talk about one bummed out kid!
She has already missed almost 2 weeks. So that will be 4 total.
