Hi gang! I joined the gym tonight and did my first official workout as a member! I FEEL AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Man I missed it. Ok so here goes: I ran again! this time for 3 minutes at a .5 incline! I was on for only 15 minutes total as a warmup for my lifting. I want to really concentrate on working up my run time...baby steps.. I did the Smith machine. That was different for me, I have never used one before so here goes! Squats (I am not sure if you count the bar, if so add 45 to those amts) 50# x 6 70# x 6 Leg extensions 40 x 10 45 x 12 x 12 Leg Curls 30 x 10 40 x 12 x 12 Calf raises w/dumbbells 25# to burn 30# to burn Ab/Ad 40# each way for two sets of 12 Abs on lat pull down 70# to burn 80# to burn I grabbed a shower, then headed home. Just had some chicken, and now I am ready to unwind. It is great to get that done then get home to be ready for the rest of the evening. Hope everybody had a great Monday!
