I hit the Gym today, Did YOU?
just to let you guys know I have been hitting the gym, but decided not to post it all the times.....I go Tuesday -Saturday........Tuesday Thursday, and Saturday.30 mins of cardio and circuit weight training....Wensday and Friday 1 hour of CARDIO........Yeah, and I go in the mornings because If I wait until the evening, it will not get done.....

I usually do m-w-f and sat or sun. So, tonights the night for upper body. Let's see if I can get it in. I have one to cart to cheerleading tonight.
Great job. I know, posting is a chore isn't it? But, I do it so that I can reinforce myself, and hopefully get everyone motivated!
I wish I could do it in the morning. However, if I did that I would end up cutting myself way short on sleep. I am lucky to get to bed before 11pm.

What do you like best for cardio? I have been walking the hills (maybe I should have a Long Black Veil to wear?) where I work and I really like it. The weather has been awesome, but I know it won't last.
I seem to be getting into a routine of walking 5 days a week and lifting 2 or 3.
