Yea! Another workout!
Hey guys! I think I may finally be getting my life to where I can get more workouts in!!! YEAH!!
Did my squat workout tonight, so since I didn't have a spotter, I was inside the rack, and lowered my box squat distance about 8 inches, I chose to take it a little slower. I will tell you, lowering that box makes a HUGE difference in how the weight feels on your back!
Squat w/u with the bar for a couple of sets
95# 3 sets of 3
Leg Extensions
40# x 12
50# x 15
60# x 10 WOO HOOO!
Leg curls 30# x 8 x 8 x 8
Calves on the machine 37.5# 3 sets to burn
Abs with the lat pull down machine 30# did a bunch felt nothing
bumped to 40# and did two sets to burn. Felt it that time!
That's it. Oh, I ran in the hallways at work. I think this is going to be easier to learn than I thought. I didn't even get winded doing it, and it is a fairly decent hallway. I didn't even get stopped by the hall monitor!
