YEAH!!! I broke some personal records! Here's my workout tonight!!! Bench press warm up with bar 65# x 4 75# x 4 85# x 3 NEW RECORD! 90# x 1 NEW RECORD! Close grip bench press 65# x 6 x 8 x 7 Incline dumbbell press 15# x 10 20# x 10 x 10 25# x 4 NEW RECORD! Tricep kick backs 10# x 10 x 10 Abs 3 sets advanced to burn For being tired, I really did good tonight. I left the pretty boy out in the gym sweating and grunting. I am calling it a night and going to bed now that I have totally expended all my energy. Have a good one y'all!
