So far so good
I started lifting weights last week and am feeling pretty good about it. I started out by using the Body For Life workout. I did it a few years ago and that's what got me started on lifting. So far it's going good for me, although I am using A LOT lighter weight. I know I shouldn't concern myself with that, so I won't.
It's going good so far, and I look forward to seeing a new me!

Alright! And yes...don't worry about the amount of weight...that will definitely come in time. (As the weight melts off your own body )
I got cleared by my surgeon yesterday to start lifting....so tonight's the night. I have my Beginner Level Customized Earl Curry Workout all ready to go!

Guess what?!?
I did my hill walk today in 20 minutes (which means I either have to start doing it more than once or expanding it) which I think was due to the fact that I had tunes! Yay new MP3 player!
I did my first workout tonight and it was awesome! I am gonna be hurtin tomorrow, I bet. (yes, I stretched! I swear!) But GOD DO I FEEL GOOD!!!!
