I started lifting weights last week and am feeling pretty good about it. I started out by using the Body For Life workout. I did it a few years ago and that's what got me started on lifting. So far it's going good for me, although I am using A LOT lighter weight. I know I shouldn't concern myself with that, so I won't. It's going good so far, and I look forward to seeing a new me! Jesus

YEA!!!!! Way to go! Starting back in is the hardest part. Just make the movements man, the weight increases will come! Glad to see you hangin' with us too!

Alright! And yes...don't worry about the amount of weight...that will definitely come in time. (As the weight melts off your own body ) I got cleared by my surgeon yesterday to start lifting....so tonight's the night. I have my Beginner Level Customized Earl Curry Workout all ready to go! We'll be so strong soon! ~Annie

thanks, Mike! Guess what?!? I did my hill walk today in 20 minutes (which means I either have to start doing it more than once or expanding it) which I think was due to the fact that I had tunes! Yay new MP3 player! I did my first workout tonight and it was awesome! I am gonna be hurtin tomorrow, I bet. (yes, I stretched! I swear!) But GOD DO I FEEL GOOD!!!! As they say down here....Yee Haw! ps. THANK YOU EARL!!!!!
