It feels so GOOD!!!!!
ok well not THAT good. finally made it back to the gym and it was great! bumped up my cardio a bit and did some toning. then i sat and watched the kids swim for a bit. nice and relaxing. not going to beat myself up for not going for a week though and just enjoy when i do (which will be tomorrow) thanks for all the support guys your great!!!

I wanted to get my friday workout in, but my cousin called right as I was getting started. She is having her surgery Tuesday, and she really needed to talk. So, I spent an hour on the phone with her. She needed support more than I needed my workout. So I am bumping my workout to today.
After the my daughters game. Do I feel guilty? NOPE!
