I did my super duper Hill walk again and I have decided I love it. Yeah, yeah,....let's see how I feel in a week.... Seriously, it's nice to get out of the office, away from the whiners, out of the stale air and climb that very steep hill. what are you guys doing today for your workouts?

I went for a 50 minute power walk with my wife. After I get tired, she starts running for about an another 30 minutes. She loves to run. I hope to be able to keep up with her soon. Jesus

I need to walk more. Period. But to tell you the truth, I am all over OSU during the day, and I don't mean leisurely walking either. I move at a pretty good clip. Just ask Earl. I take my pedometer with me and most days I get between 8000-10,0000 steps in a day in about 1-2 hours worth of walking, so I know I am burning calories. Most of my lab work is on a timed basis, so I almost have to run to the lab (on the other side of the hospital) after I get done seeing my patients. I am hopefully going to get a workout in tonight. I have another jam packed day of fun! But since it's Friday and I don't have to go in early tomorrow (Meagan does have tumbling at 11am and a game at noon) I can do a late workout tonight! PLUS EARL IS OFF TODAY!!! BONUS!! I love working out with the big guy. He keeps me pumped. So, you all have a great weekend and "Train insane"!!!
