Burning more calories weight lifting then Eating

- What do you guys think will happen if I am burning over 600 calories weight lifting a day and not even consuming 600 calories but still getting in alot of protein and water? - Do you guys think this will cause my body to plateau? or feel like its starving? cause seriously I cannot even phsyically eat alot of food but I love the high of weight lifting every other day and cardio on the odd days, am I doing to much or should i just slow down until i can eat more food? - Tell me what you think cause I cant be the only one exercising more then they are consuming foods sometimes.

I am by no means an expert, but I think you probably need to make as much of an effort to get more calories in as you do lifting and doing cardio. I know you have some awesome shake recipes on your profile...use 'em! Even if you haven't plateaued yet, I think you are asking for trouble if you are doing intense daily exercise and only getting in 600 calories. I think my buddies will chime in soon on this.....and I bet ya they agree with me. I think it's great how much you love to exercise, but I really think you ought to be eating more. (this from a woman who has had about 200 cal today so far....)
