Who wants to help a rusty slug (me) figure out a good basic lifting workout? Don't all raise your hands at once, now.
I am thinking I should definitely do a split workout, but I am really not sure what would be best. I am leaning towards a 3 day split like:
chest/triceps
back/biceps (and shoulders?)
legs
but then the question comes to ....which exercises, how many reps/sets, etc....
I know this is a lot to ask...but I really am feeling kind of overwhelmed and intimidated and I dont want these feelings to keep me from working out.
