Gotcha. Who wants to help a rusty slug (me) figure out a good basic lifting workout? Don't all raise your hands at once, now. I am thinking I should definitely do a split workout, but I am really not sure what would be best. I am leaning towards a 3 day split like: chest/triceps back/biceps (and shoulders?) legs but then the question comes to ....which exercises, how many reps/sets, etc.... I know this is a lot to ask...but I really am feeling kind of overwhelmed and intimidated and I dont want these feelings to keep me from working out. thanks !!

Earl is probably going to be the best suited for this job. He has helped me a lot already. I followed his advice and have already started to notice a difference in my stamina. Jesus

Ok Earl...where are ya man? He is the best at this. Truly. I really would like to see him become a personal trainer someday. I would imagine he will be on with in the next 24 hours to get you set up. Being his wife is a bonus that's for sure!
