Sunday's workout!!!!!
I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOO HOO!! I got a work out in today~FINALLY~and I am loving it. I felt awesome! I have felt super all day Man I really miss my workouts. With my schedule it is so hard to get them in, but guys I am trying my best!
Here goes:
warm up stretching, usually for about 10 minutes
did ham/glute band work for 3 sets
DB over head presses 10#x6, 15#x6, 20#x6, 25#x6
DB shrugs 20#x20, 25#x10x10
Upright DB rows 10# for warm up, 15#x10x10
DB Bench presses alternating with advanced leg lifts on bench
20#x6x6x6 3 sets of 10 leg raises
Leg raises (cheerleading style) HARD AS HELL!!!
2 sets of 6 Man are these wicked
Leg extensions 30#x15x15x10 (legs were like rubber after leg raises)
Leg curls 20#x12x10x8
Calf raises on new machine (trying to get the feel of it)
w/u 10# to burn need more weight didn't even feel it
so I put on 15# and did 2 sets of 15, felt nothing. Earl informed me that I could probably do 45# on it easy, so that is what I will try next time.
That is it. Took 1 1/2 hours, got a good sweat going on, and worked my body good...
