Trying to get rid of stress
Ok, I have had one of those totally ****ty days. It's Monday, I have cheerleading/teenage girl drama, my boss is on my ass (what's left of it) over things I have no control over, then, to top it off I got denied for my tt and boob job.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
So, I went to workout. I got some good pumps and was feeling better...then I found out my daughter needs picked up at her friends house, the one who said she would bring her home tonight but can't.
So. I am going to make a double vicotinni and call the doc in the morning!

I am not feeling well. Did not workout. Got my near migraine down to a bad headache tonight, but I already called in sick for tomorrow. I think I have a sinus infection.
Remember deep breathing during days like today.
And I always tell myself that my worst day now is still better than my best day when I was MO.
