Ok gang! Not to be outdone mind you, here is my workout for today!
Squat day...so you know what that means. besides Earl went back to work today anyway!
Squat - bar along 2 sets of 10
65# x 10
75# 2 sets of 10
85# x 10 Man I was feeling strong!
Leg extensions
30# x 10
40# 2 sets of 10 I am loving it!
Reverse Hyper extensions (no weight)
3 sets to burn
Calf raises (bent over with 25# plate on my back)
3 sets to burn these are wicked burners
Abs
2 sets of combo leg raises on bench and adv ab curls together
I am very pleased with my self! This was a great workout, and I got it done in 50 minutes.
How are you all doing? You guys have helped me get so pumped up, when I compete next year I am gonna dedicate it all to you!!!

well lets see??? mondays workout..i was so exited to get back to the gym since i have been sick all last week with the stricture thing then a cold of some sort and had not exercised. i figured i would start it back off with my yoga class..so i go to th gym in loose clothes and flip flops cause no shoes during the class so they are easy..well so here is what i did for a work out..i sat on my big butt!!! the instructor never came, i waited for 20 min and left, i couldnt work out in those shoes, so i went and got my starving kids nad went shopping. oh what fun! i was so mad and disappointed. guess ill have to start back wednesday and im wearing my tennis shoes!!!
