Okay. Confession numero two. I work out every day, but I usually forget I have abs. I can hear the gasps now. I held all my weight in my grape-stomping legs, so my tummy is pretty flat. I would like to start including an ab workout two or so times a week. Any suggestions? My gym is well-stocked on everything I would need, I'm sure. I see people doing funny looking things with this huge ball, too. Help. Chris L.

Ah Oh Gasp Gasp tsk tsk tsk...hehehe just kiddin'! You can work your abs every day if you want. Won't hurt em a bit. Earl showed me these killer ab exercises on the incline ab bench. Lord do they get ya. Raise up until you feel the point of most resistance, just before that breaking point at the top. Lower back down, but not all the way, hold for about a half a second, go back up to that point and do as many as you can. If you wanna put a real twist on it, do literally that. Angle to your side as you go up to work your obliques. WHEW! Kick ass my friend. I like your grape stomping leg thing.... that is hilarious. Isn't it funny how we describe ourselves? I tell people I had been carrying my postpartum belly for over 18 years.
