Hi gang! Here's another installment of workout by Val.... Are you guys pumping iron? I hope so. Man I have noodle arms tonight! Here goes! Bench press Bar 2 sets of 8 55# x 12 65# x10 70# x 8 75# x 3 80# x 2 Incline dumbbell presses 15# 3 sets of 10 Overhead dumbbell presses 15# x 10 20# x 6 x 4 Tricep Dumbbell french press 15# x 12 x 10 x 10 Tricep pushdowns 20# 2 sets to burn Abs on the incline bench I can feel myself getting stronger everyday! Way cool. I am so stoked for this, much more than I ever was before the weight came off! Have a great week guys! Val

hey guys... im so bummed..i didnt work out monday. i had a huge paper to write for class which i had been puttin off..so i stayed home to work on it. i missed it though, was supposed to do my yoga monday nite and boy does that make my body burn. well ill be back on track wednesday for sure... tanya

Ya'll are just crazy! I am up at 5 am because I am on call and one of my patients decided to break her water at 2 am .... go figure! Pregnant women, just can't do anything with them! At any rate... the air is thick right now too. I like the heat, but this humidity is killer. Mike, where the hell are you dude? Or is that confidential stuff. Sorry nosey female thing again... Tonight is my deadlift night. I don't know when I am getting it in. It will be tricky. I have a patient at 8am, another at 2:30, I am orienting a new nurse, and I am going to try to nap sometime at home between the two. Plus, my nail appt, and I am going to our support meeting tonight at 7pm. I had to arrange for the youngest daughter to get a ride to cheerleading practice, and the oldest has to be picked up from her friends. Oh yeah, so does the youngest. aaaaggggghhhhhh So...Tonya...don't feel bad about missing a workout. But, I know how it feels. I hate missing them. I have new yoga tapes, and a new mat that I am dying to crack open, but I haven't had a minute to do it. I figure as long as well are all trying to stay active that is all that matters! Ok gang, I think I am going to lay down for an hour or so, then back up to do my OB Research Nurse thing. I am glad I got a raise, because sometimes I wonder if it is worth it or not...lord I am almost 40, my night owl days are looooong gone!
