Mike's right! Been there done that...(yadda yadda yadda) It is nerve wracking to be sure! Ask your doc if you can get some Ambien because you aren't sleeping. It has helped me a couple of times. Works great, and you don't fell all groggy and hung over. 
You gotta sleep, or you are gonna crash at some point and that isn't good! 
Especially when you are driving. It is not a good thing!
