In my case, unfortunately,....it would have to be squats. I'd be fine with it if it was because I actually was on an island...but I have no excuse.

Oh man, let me tell you. When he told me what he did (he said it was by accident...yeah, right) my jaw hit the floor. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at first. Laughter won out. He is really a hoot.
