AND IF SO DO THEY STILL MAKE IT?...IT WAS ALMOST LIKE A LEGAL SPEED WITH OUT THE SIDE AFFECTS OF SPEED.....

Hey Kev, I am neither OLD or a VETERAN LIFTER, but I do know that you can still get Inosine. I have a friend that uses it as a vitamin supplement (500mg capsules) before his workouts. Anyway, hope I helped. Bet you weren't expecting to get an answer from me, huh? LOL Marta

I figured I better come check out this board and make sure you and Mike were behaving. LOL. I actually want to get into a set lifting routine, but have no clue what I am doing. Figured you guys would be able to help! My buddy loves the vitamin supplements he uses, he also says it helps him not get tired and he can workout a lot longer. Well don't worry, you are still a stud...and will be back to your THIN STUD status in no time at all! Marta

Geez Earl, you are pretty smart for an old fart! I was going to ask if anyone else uses glutamine and creatine now. I tried glutamine in my protein drink the other day and I got nauseated. I don't know if it was that or not. I eat it in Earl's power pudding pudding and it doesn't bother me at all. Go figure.

Gee, Thanks Kevin! I FEEL fantastic! I am really getting some kick ass work outs in lately thanks to you all here! Power pudding is basically sugar free chocolate pudding with GNC PM Protein Powder mixed in. I think Earl makes a pakage of pudding, mixes in one scoop of protein powder. He either uses Hood's carb sense or regular 2% milk to mix it with. I like the Hood Carb Sense milk myself, less fat and carbs more protein. I think you have to adjust the amount of milk to cover the protein, but it tastes really good. Can't even tell it has protein powder in it. When I told Kevin about it, I forgot to mention that he put glutamine in it. Oops Sorry Kevin! 30 grams I think. Either 5 or 6 of those little scoops that come with it. You can pretty much use any flavor of pudding, and use the unflavored whey protein powders. Just gives it that extra protein punch. Earl is a big chocolate fan so that is what he uses. Gotta get that protein in every where you can. Plus, it is easily tolerated, especially on those days when nothing seems to sit right. I love it for breakfast sometimes.

I am a power pudding addict now, I must have it daily. I made vanilla with Pro Rated Alpine vanilla protein it was awesome, I think it had like 30 G of protein per serving. I agree with Kevin, your pic is great!

Thanks Kevin! I appreciate it! I actually enjoy having my picture taken now. I have turned into a real "ham" no pun intended! I figured it was you incognito! I did that the other day with Earl's picture...keeps 'em guessing anyway! I love the power pudding! As a matter of fact, Hey Earl...we need some more!
