What's the difference between a northern fairy tale and a southern fairy tale? A northern fairy tale begins "Once upon a time...' A southern fairy tale begins " Ya'll ain't gonna believe this..."

Tennessee is ....hot and humid! I just got in from mowing the front half of the back yard...how is that for lazy? It's 7:30 pm and I'm sweating like crazy...came in for some water. It is beautiful, though, very green, like you said. I lived in Athens GA from 90 to 97 and THAT WAS HOT....(my car had no a/c either). I was in San Diego in May and I loved it! I can see why people move out there...even with the fires and earthquakes.... we have tornados, right?

Hey Annie! How you b? Besides hot and sweaty. Did you ever see "Bilouxi Blues"? That was a hilarious movie. One of my favorite lines: "This is like Africa hot, even Tarzan couldn't stand this kind of hot" (well it may not be an exact quote, but you get the jist) I love the hot. I get so cold so easy these days. I have to go outside from work just to warm up. Now ain't that a switch? I don't even like to get in my pool unless the water is above 84 degrees, and even then it isn't for a long time. What a weenie huh? Just give me a chair to catch the rays in and I am happy as a clam.

Hey Val! I'm alright, you? I remember that movie...it was a funny one, for sure. I love that for you that you are one of those skinny n' freezing chicks now! All us fatties are sweating and you go "I'm freeeeeezzzzing!" (no sympathy, really....I'm just jealous!) Thanks to you guys I have tried the Carb Countdown milk...yum! I drank some of the chocolate 2% straight and I'm going to try your trick of mixing it with the plain 50/50 next time...unless I'm having it for dessert. Guess what? Monday is my first appointment with the nutritionist. Her name is Alice, and she runs the support group, so I already know her and she knows me, so that's all good. I am excited because it makes it one step closer to Real. I have a series of "humps" (weekends, concerts, etc) in my dateboo****il 8/12 and that's a biggie. Hope you have fun this weekend. Don't work too hard tomorrow!

Hey Annie...No sweat girlfriend...hehehe sorry couldn't resist on that one. I am actually noticing Earl (the furnace) begin to be a little cooler these days too. What's weird is I would get the "chills" almost right before I would drop a few pounds. Must be the metabolism kicking in. I would go to bed with a comforter, extra blanket and jammies, and still be cold. Of course I would wake up a few hours later in a sweat, but sometimes I just couldn't get warm enough! I used to sweat my ass off when I worked out, now I am lucky to break a sweat. And for me that drives me crazy, because in my mind, I feel like I need to really sweat to know it is a good workout. I know my workouts are good now, because I can really feel them, and I know they are working, but I just don't sweat much. I even drink plenty of fluids before during and after. Things that make you go hhmmmmmm. I also noticed that when I am about to drop, I pee like a I am talking up two and three times a night with a FULL tank every time. Anybody else do this? I know it is the body getting rid of all the "fat" so to speak, but man, it kills the attempt to sleep sometimes. I don't do it as much as I used to since I have slowed down.
