I am back from vacation and I am ready to hit the weights hard. I have about 2 weeks before I leave for a cruise so I am ready to pu**** to the max. I am glad to see that the board is starting to come alive.

They made it to the sweet sixteen and there was 90 teams there so they did pretty good.

I will be cruising to the Bahamas and Coco Kay which is Royal Caribbean's private island.
