Water Issues
Ok, I need y'all's help... I have to get in more water/liquid than I'm doing now and am having the dangdest time doing it. Plain water makes me feel ill, so I rely on sugar free liquids (crystal lite, SF lemonade, etc)
I'm not dehydrated, but not where I need to be in order to really hit the running/walking hard. Any suggestions y'all have to help kick up my liquid intake would be most appreciated.

I am there with ya on that one sister! I had a HORRIBLE time with water. It just plain hurt!! I could do warm drinks, like tea, decaf coffee, broths, etc. I had to just sip sip sip water. Fortunately that went away and I am comfortable with water now. Earl had no problems with water at all. He is just drinking away. So, everyone is different I guess. But hang in there, it should get better. I don't know why it does that. Weird huh?
I love the propel too. I get mine at Big Lots...cheap cheap cheap. (when they have it). I also like to water down they GNC pure whey drinks. The fruit punch is really good.
Just gotta experiment, and carry your big water jug around with whatever fluids you can do and sip all day. Don't forget popsicles count for liquid too. (sugar free of course).
